Diagnostic Evaluation: $150

50-Minute session: $100

Family Session (with or without client): $100

Cancelation Fee (without providing 24 hours notice): $75. This fee is not reimbursable by insurance.

Insurance-

Onda Calma Wellness, LLC is in an agreement with Headway. Com and anticipates being accepted in network for multiple CT insurance carriers. 

Please refer to your insurance carrier to determine any pre-authorization needs or co-payment requirement that will be collected prior to service. Onda Calma Wellness, LLC will utilize a third-party platform to collect fees for services rendered.

Any claim that is denied may be subject to alternate billing to a major credit card that will be held on file or direct billing to the client under special arrangement if payment is returned. All clients will be asked to provide a major credit card to cover incidentals that are not covered by insurance, such as late appointment cancelation or private pay services that are not processed by Headway.com. 

Private pay-

Clients who prefer to engage in care without using a major insurance policy will be billed to a major credit card or payment app, if available. Clients will be asked to provide a major credit card on file by Onda Calma Wellness LLC at time of initial evaluation to facilitate timely service provision. 

Do not allow inability to pay hender access to care. Please discuss financial hardships with your therapist to make alternate arrangements for payment on a sliding scale or alternate arrangement that is agreed upon before services are rendered.
